½ OZ gin
juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp Bertolli Organic Fruity Olive Oil
1 tbsp honey
1OZ honeydew melon juice*
Ice
*we made honeydew melon juice by blending peeled and de-seeded honeydew melon.
STEP 1
In a cocktail shaker combine 1 ½ OZ gin, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tbsp Bertolli Organic Fruity Olive Oil, 1 tbsp honey and 1OZ honeydew melon juice*. Shake for 20 seconds. Add 1 cup of ice and shake for a further 20 seconds. Strain over ice to serve.
