Strawberry & Balsamic Daiquiri

Makes 4

2 cups frozen strawberries
60ml white rum (we used Bacardi)
50g caster sugar
30ml Bertolli Organic Balsamic Vinegar
2 cups crushed ice
Fresh strawberries, to garnish

METHOD

STEP 1

Combine strawberries, rum, sugar and Bertolli Balsamic Vinegar in a high-powered blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.

STEP 2

Gradually add the ice, blending well with each addition until smooth.

STEP 3

Divide between 4 glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.
