Marinated Artichoke, Buffalo Mozzarella and Salami Pizza
1 store-bought pizza base
Bertolli Originale Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 slices Danish (or mild) salami
½ ball buffalo mozzarella, roughly torn
2 marinated artichoke hearts, roughly torn
Small handful of baby rocket leaves, to serve
Prepare a store-bought pizza base as per instructions. Drizzle with Bertolli Originale Extra Virgin Olive Oil then brush to coat. Arrange salami slices, torn buffalo mozzarella and torn marinated artichoke hearts over the prepared base then cook in a pizza oven (or on a pizza stone in a HIGH fan-forced oven) until base is fluffy and crispy. Serve sprinkled with rocket.
