Mango Bruschetta

Makes 4 Slices

4 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
Bertolli Originale Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 mango cheeks, peeled and very thinly sliced
¼ red onion, very finely chopped
Bertolli Organic Balsamic Glaze
Sea salt flakes
Basil leaves, goat cheese and edible flowers (optional) to decorate

METHOD

STEP 1

In a bowl combine mango and red onion.

STEP 2

Toss very gently then drizzle with Bertolli Organic Balsamic Glaze.

STEP 3

Arrange bread slices on a platter and drizzle with Bertolli Originale Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

STEP 4

Top with mango mixture.

STEP 5

Season with sea salt flakes and decorate with basil, goat cheese and edible flowers to serve.
