EVOO Dipping Plate

Serves 8-10 as a snack

2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
1 tbsp fried garlic (we used store bought)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp finely grated parmesan
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Pinch chilli flakes
250ml Bertolli Organic Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Torn sourdough bread, to serve



Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a large, deep plate. Mix then serve with torn sourdough bread.
